Whether I have bills on the property or not is really inconsequential. I have a binding contract with my tenant. I am not the church mission or government funded housing.
I'm sorry the xo trump's your contract. Good luck collecting you slum lord

That's a pretty insane statement. Mask wearing is positively correlated with infections globally. There is zero evidence that mask wearing just magically stops the spread en masse.
We went to Mexico last week, of course Southwest requires a mask so for that I partially wore one and that’s the only time but the wrapper it came in actually stated it does not stop the spread of any disease nor does it prevent the person wearing the mask from getting a disease

Guess the B10 realizes that they f’d up in the first place.

“Bucknuts has learned that the Big Ten's presidents and chancellors have tentatively agreed to hold a new vote regarding whether the 2020 fall football season should happen, and if it can begin as soon as Oct. 10. This vote is expected to take place on Friday of this week. Perhaps Saturday.”

A LOT of people are getting pissed about the double standard and hypocrisy of our politicians!

Christ on a cracker. What a complete bunch of bologna
Not only is the concept bologna, the implementation is too. I’ve looked at a little of the CDC order and at first glance it’s poorly drafted by people who have no idea how an eviction works.

Edit: From what I can tell a landlord can still evict, but if the tenant follows the right steps and you move forward, you’re screwed.

How is this under the CDCs purview? HUD or something maybe, but not the CDC.

Also generally not a fan.
I'm not positive, but what I gathered from the radio this morning and a couple of news articles, the EO Trump issued in August instructed CDC to study the effects of evictions on spread of the Rona and take appropriate action. I'm not certain that's accurate but its my understanding.

Edit: CDC says evictions cause people to move into "congregant housing" or multiple families/groups in one dwelling and facilitates the spread.
