The comments of people on this thread tonight make it clear just how different our world views are. With the exception of Haley, the speakers have been simultaneously cartoonish and terrifying.
So, no, the laughingstock I see is not the Democratic Party. And I don’t believe it’s the Republican Party either. It’s whatever this faction is that’s done everything possible to divide our nation.
She is talking about the “toughest sanctions on North Korea in history,’’ but Trump himself pulled back on some sanctions because of his “great relationship” with Kim Jong-un. The result? It’s not over yet, but so far American intelligence assesses the North Koreans have a far larger nuclear stockpile than they did when Trump inherited the problem in 2017.So, the North Korean Threat is over? She fell flat on her face.

My guess is you felt different during the Democrat convention. Maybe I'll look for some quotes unless you didn't watch like me.
And a person I responded to said it’s terrifying
I watched the entirety of the Democratic convention. And I’ll try to stomach all of this one. I enjoy the political process and like to be informed.
But no need to dig up old quotes - I’m quite proud to be a liberal Democratic voter.

Yes, terrifying. The speakers tonight literally tried to scare up votes by painting a picture of America where scary people are moving in next door and the police won’t be there to save you.
Luckily, outside the Trump base, those scare tactics don’t do much but make the rest of us roll our eyes.
