Former vice president Joe Biden, a 77-year-old grandfather of seven (five acknowledged, two unacknowledged), formally accepted his party's nomination and delivered the primetime address to the Democratic convention Thursday evening.

Biden's speech was assessed by professional journalists to be one of the highlights of an otherwise unimpressive lifetime career in politics, and had #Resistance leaders applauding in their living rooms and posting pictures of their cats on the internet. Though not as dark and divisive as former President Barack Obama's address on Wednesday, Biden's speech surpassed expectation on multiple counts: 1) He was alive, 2) He was awake, and 3) He hadn't lost the ability to read and say words out loud.

At the Democrat National Convention (DNC) this week, a convicted murderer and kidnapper implicated in a gruesome 1985 torture and killing case was featured as a “criminal justice reform advocate.”

Donna Hylton, a 55-year-old Jamaican-American who was abused and molested as a child, was given a short slot in a DNC video montage where supporters of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden recited the Preamble of the Constitution.

Hylton was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after she participated with six other people in the brutal kidnapping, torture, and murder of Long Island, New York, real estate broker Thomas Vigliarolo, 62-years-old, in 1985.

The New York Times, in 1985, reported that Hylton and six others had kidnapped Vigliarolo and held him for a $435,000 ransom for about two weeks before murdering him. His body was found locked inside a trunk in an apartment in Manhattan.

The Washington Post reported on the case in 2018, noting Hylton’s links to the Women’s March:

Many of the details of the case were revealed in a July 1995 report from Psychology Today. During the group’s torture of Vigliarolo, they squeezed his testicles with pliers, shoved a metal rod into his anus, and would beat him periodically.

Kamala Harris Put Criminal Illegal Alien in Jobs Program Before He Brutally Assaulted Young Woman

While serving as San Francisco’s district attorney, Democrat vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris, provided illegal aliens convicted of crimes with jobs, one of whom went on to brutally assault a young woman.

“Harris put a drug dealing illegal alien into a jobs program instead of prison,” President Trump said during a rally in Pennsylvania on Thursday. “Four months later, the illegal alien robbed a 29-year-old woman, mowed her down with an SUV, and fractured her skull.”

The case Trump refers to started in 2008 when illegal alien Alexander Izaguirre, then 20 years old, pled guilty to selling cocaine but avoided jail time. Instead, Harris placed Izaguirre into her “Back on Track” jobs program.

The Back on Track program allows those 18 to 30-years-old to plead guilty to drug felonies so long as they agree to spend a year in the jobs program, living where they choose.

Months after being placed into Harris’s Back on Track program, Izaguirre robbed then-29-year-old Amanda Kiefer before jumping into an SUV to run her over. Kiefer had been walking to a restaurant with a friend at the time.

The vehicle Izaguirre had jumped into sped toward Kiefer to mow her down, but the woman landed on the hood of the car. That’s when the driver slammed on the brakes, throwing Kiefer to the ground.

Kiefer, eventually taken to a nearby hospital, bled from her ear and had a fractured skull.

Izaguirre was just one of many illegal aliens — the total count is not known — who were convicted of drug crimes before Harris allowed them to escape jail time and gave them jobs instead. The Los Angeles Times reported in 2009 of the case:

Russian pranksters tricked Kamala Harris by pretending to be Greta Thunberg in a phone call as they discussed climate change and Donald Trump.

The US Sun can reveal the infamous duo of Vovan and Lexus got a chat with Joe Biden's VP as they posed as Greta Thunberg offering dirt on Trump.

Exclusive audio of the three-minute chat has California senator Kamala enthusiastically greeting who she thought was the teenage climate activist over the phone in around January.

"Greta" claims she has "nightmares" about meeting Trump at the U.N. last September as they talk over Kamala's climate plan and her campaign.

The pranksters then say that they have a secret recording of Trump whispering "you will never achieve the goal" to Greta.

"Greta" and a prankster posing as her dad Svante then offer to provide the audio to help the campaign.

Kamala replies: "Thank you, that would be wonderful".

It is illegal to record people's conversations without both parties' consent in 15 states - but not in New York where "Greta" claims she recorded Trump.

Security experts branded the prank a "wake up call" and said Kamala's team failed to carry out simple checks to verify who was on the other end of the phone.

Mother And Son Allegedly Assaulted Over Pro-Trump Gear

A mom says she and her son were attacked by supposed Joe Biden supporters in Wilmington, Delaware after they attended what she described as a ‘peaceful protest’ against Biden.

Abbey Wigton, who says she was carrying a pro-Trump sign, and her seven year old son Riley Wigton, who was wearing a MAGA hat, were waiting to be seated at a restaurant when when two women, who Abbey claims are Biden supporters, allegedly began assaulting the pair, according to a statement from Abbey shared on Twitter.

“They ripped the sign from my arms and assaulted my seven year old son. The Joe Biden supporters laid hands on my child and ripped his ‘Make America Great Again’ hat from his head while cursing at him and pushing him over.”

A hell of a lot of people were assaulted during the "peaceful protests" over the death of George Floyd. Some were black, some were white, just about all of it was indefensible. Violence isn't normally the best solution, but one people often resort to. Not really sure why you couldn't just say an adult acting violently toward a child is wrong, but whatever.

Are you just a contrarian, or are you actually stupid? Both sides act out and do stupid ****. And yes, people have actually been assaulted for wearing MAGA hats. Stupidity by the left is just as true as stupidity by the right. Wanting to believe in one side over the other does not erase their misdeeds. People are idiots, especially when you involve politics. Look at who we have running for President and tell me the inmates aren't running the asylum. Neither one should even get close to the Oval Office, yet one has occupied it the last four years, and the other may very well occupy it the next four. Where are the qualified candidates? Not running because the truly intelligent people recognize what a **** show our political system is. Think about that. Ruminate on it. Realize it's true. Don't be a sheep for one side or the other. Both sides are broken.
