You know with the Big10 and PAC12 taking a break this fall, JG could be a dark horse for the Heisman and watch list for the O’Brien award.
Not really but really

Received another call from the state today saying that I was still an active covid case....

Never had the first symptom. Wife tested positive July 21 and me July 24. We’re now almost 21 days post test with no symptoms....still haven’t removed me from an “active case”
Daughter was exposed last Sunday, cough last Wednesday, drive up test Thursday, aches and fever as day went on, teledoc called in steroids, inhaler, & cough meds, and told her tylenol ok for fever, started D3 & tonic water (all suggested in one of our threads or another - thanks Volnation), no fever, no aches & no Tylenol by Saturday & since then. She still has an occasional cough but that’s all. Thsee are screen shots from the health dept:

Glad she’s better man.

So for the conferences that don`t play this year, how will it work for the seniors? Will they get 1 more year of eligibility? If so, how will they fit any new recruits under the 85 player limit? Also, incoming freshmen will have much less chance to play.
Could easily end up affecting everyone. The proposal is if a school doesn't play more than half its games, the kids would be eligible to retain both a season of competition and waiver of 5-year eligibility limit. Kids will voluntarily opt out too. Others may just use it as a free redshirt opportunity regardless of how they feel about the risk

Not sure it will be a huge deal though, luckily. We just have 16 SRs for instance and I wouldn't be surprised if half go on to the combine or just move on at that point anyway. Guys like Kennedy, Buchanan, CFA, jg etc have been around a long minute. So...maybe 5 to ~10 end up rolling over.

How that works, who the heck knows... No word on the 85-limit yet. The ncaa could just leave it and let schools figure how to maneuver it like they do every year. Though imo it would be reasonable to allow a temporary bump to 95 or 100 spots and reduce by 5 each year or something, let them work it out slowly...idk.

Is their food more Platonic or Socratic?

I guess I meant in terms of their hiring. The owner believes everyone deserves a chance. So most of the employees are either homeless trying to get on their feet or ex-cons.
From the level of service and the food, you'd never know.
So, more Socratic. But it's derived from the owners religious convictions, which flies in the face of Socrates a bit.

41 TDs vs 3 INT...? 3rd in Heisman? Top 5 draft pick this draft?
You know there are some in here that will definitely defend their opinion that they’re right til the end. Some will just die on that hill of being wrong til they can’t deny it any longer. I’ll be one of the first to admit when I’m wrong about something, I’ve been wrong before and I’ll be wrong again.

So basically the same as is recommended for any other viral or bacterial infection that causes a fever and sickness? Got it! Glad it’s taken us almost 6 months, lockdown, trying to tank the economy, etc etc to reach the point of giving same advice that’s always been given for infections that are contagious.

Another year of JG

No, definitely not. But I tried my best. 😎

Sorry, slow this morning...very good at actually picking them up...the date type of pickup, not so much.
Lot of “you’re such a good friend!” and “you’re so easy to talk to!” and “do you think he’ll like my rack in this dress?” 😒

Yessir. Met way more hot high school cheerleaders than when I played football.

Went to cheerleading camp at Ole Miss. 2,500 female cheerleaders and 12 males for a week. I was treated like royalty!

I was not a gymnast, so didn’t make the Tennessee team. Tried out every year. I could do all the lifts and double stunts. Got to meet many , many college cheerleader hot women. It was an excellent experience.

My roommate at Marshall told us one day he was going to try out for cheerleading, and we couldn’t stop making fun of him...until he made it and they all started hanging out at our place. The other male cheerleaders were prettt much dbags. The roommate that made the squad was immediately in the “friend zone”, my other roommate and myself were fair game!! Lol, was a good year!!
