I haven’t been there much but had a good time the few times I have. Always thought it was strange the way street names change. Happens in Memphis, too. But I swear East Queen turns into like West King Street. Makes it confusing.

First time I was there for work, the 485 bypass confused me. Inner and Outer loop... one has you clockwise a around the city, the other is counter-clockwise. Makes sense but first had me like wuuuuut.

Truth. First time I came to visit my parents from Knoxville in 95, I never turned off the road I was on but it changed names 4 times. Lol.

My family visited Boston and Maine when I was in college. We needed directions in Boston. We came up to literally a traffic cop, who was directing an area. We rolled down our window to ask, and to this day, I still have no clue what directions he gave us. I turned to my Dad and laughed so hard and asked if he could translate it for me. That accent was thiiick.
