2) should colleges be held liable if, say, Trey Smith gets a bad case and his already damaged lungs can’t handle it and he passes away?
Im not a Dr not a lawyer but how can anyone prove exactly where they caught a virus outside of being locked in a prison or rehab/retirement facility? Following your line of thought, if someone eats at a restaurant and later catches the virus is the restaurant liable? What about a grocery store? What about employees who are being forced to work at a office when they could perform their work duties remotely?

He’d get sacked at the most inopportune times on you...specially against Bama. Never really had an OL to gauge his pocket presents tho.
Dobbs took some shots, but his escapability was top-notch. Not the same as "buying time" though. When Dobbs scrambled, he was looking to run, not usually keeping his eyes downfield.

First of all, Trey has stated that he wants to play. He understands the risk and of all people will have the best Medical staff and care. Second, Kingston just keeps throwing out dodo hoping it sticks.

I have religiously followed the Vols since I was 11. Regardless of the coach, the players, or the AD. I am a Volunteer until I die. I am 57 now, so I will be a Volunteer for at least 43 more years then I will re-evaluate...Probably still a Vol...

So I totally don’t understand if a great player transfers, they are no longer a Volunteer so I no longer follow them.

How’s this hard?
They don't understand that...I am a Vol till I die. It sucks when we are down, but I will remain a Vol no matter what. I don't follow them because of any player that plays for them, or any coach that coaches them. I love the Vols.

Watching Tax Slayer Bowl from last year on ESPN 2

Late wife had Factor V Leiden. Her sister tested positive also but has never developed thrombosis. My daughter tested negative thankfully.
It's strange how people can have them and not have anything happen to them for a while or not at all. Or it can skip generations. I got it from both parents. Complications started at 40 with my mom, but my dad is 84 and healthy as a horse, but his mom had problems starting around 40 also. Glad your daughter was negative!
