I'm serious, is it like shrimp, fish or any other seafood?
Sea scallops are what we're talking about here and they're sweet and a little fishy but not a strong flavor. It's a soft fleshy type texture. You probably wouldn't like them for that reason.

Bay scallops are the same but much smaller and sweeter.

Tasted just like the lobster at Red lobster in oak ridge. Same texture and all. My wife and I didn't like either one. I don't know if they weren't cooked right or not seeing it was both of our first time trying either.

sounds like I wouldn't like the texture, but maybe the taste of them
