Where did I do that? Not a fan of downplaying either but throwing out two highlight films as PROOF? I’m sure we can find one of Tyler Byrd and big stats weren’t his friend. I don’t trash players and I don’t hide behind a “realist” shield. Also don’t pretend that highlight films are final answers. He’s fast and will have the opportunity to put up better numbers than he did at USC.
Brother, I don’t know who pissed in your Count Chocula this morning but I swear it wasn’t me. If you’re in Nashville and promise to wear a mask, I’ll come give you a bear hug to make it better.

I take decent bourbons/ scotch straight (Belle Meade, Buffalo Trace, Johnny Walker, Glens, etc).... but in a pinch I’m mixing 10 oz of Jameson with 10 oz of ginger ale and drinking it like a Gatorade after two a days, and having the time of my life. People should just let people enjoy things.

LOL! Nobody cares how people drink their whiskey.

I asked a simple question...

Why do people dilute their fine whiskeys with soft drinks?

When I used to tend bar I would have clients ask for a whiskey and coke and then ask for a top shelf whiskey to be used. It never made sense to me to order the more expensive whiskey only to dilute the taste of the fine whiskey. To me, if someone didn't like the taste of straight up whiskey it was much more wallet-friendly to just use well whiskey for the mix and save yourself a couple of bucks for each drink.

Because it tastes better.

Don’t talk to me about PISS...boy wonder! You’ve been all guns blazing since last night. Challenging anybody that doesn’t sign on to your telethon...before they even post anything! Maybe start your own board and only allow on those that meet your standards and expertise? Would save yourself on cloaking in beloved alma mater passion fees. And no...you’re never going to touch me. 😏

Where I bartend it’s mostly regulars so we operate on the “good ole boy system” where I pour heavy knowing they’ll throw me extra cash. But I get where you’re coming from. I’ve definitely ordered a jack and coke at an unfamiliar place and it was some well bourbon swill like Kentucky Tavern or Early Times. Sucks for them. Stuff like that takes my tip from matching the tab to a single Washington

He likes his fine piss diluted.

Duh. I understand that. I doubt anyone mixes coke with whiskey because they want their drink to taste worse.

The question was, why mix coke with fine whiskey? The coke will become the dominant flavor in the mix, unless maybe you are just adding a splash of coke, but if you are pouring a 2-finger mix of whiskey and then filling the glass with coke, why waste your money on expensive whiskey? iI you are drinking more to get high than enjoy the taste of the whiskey, there is no point in using more expensive whiskey.

Sure. You always had regulars that the 2-finger rule didn't apply. Those guys would come in and lay a $100 bill on the bar and say "treat me right", and you would.

No that's what I mean, it still tastes much better even in a fine whiskey compared to a well whiskey.

We need to make the QB live all fall camp. The pass rush could use the training and we have enough QBs to sustain an injury. Plus JG needs nothing more than the live bullets flying.
