Does seem to be under-covered, but injuries are par for the course with that guy. He's been completely healthy for only like 2 or 3 years of a 10-year career.

You know since he came back from TJS he’s averaged 168 innings and 28 starts per year? That’s more than I figured

More than you might think, but he's still missed big chunks of what, like 5 or 6 seasons? The only season I can think of offhand where nothing happened to him was last year.
