That is what "Big Mask" wants you to believe while they leverage the government to mandate you into paying them.
Reminds me of this sort of oddball, but funny guy, at work that had all sort of off the wall thoughts he would shoot off the hip (such as selling a brand of pizza that has been frozen, cooked, then refrozen for sale...he said double frozen pizza was absolutely the best kind...)

Our boss always kept lotion at her desk and would use it probably 3 times a day. Nobody really took notice, until one day the oddball goes off on a 10 minute rant on "Big Lotion". I forget what he said now, but he had us rolling. After that we'd always make sure to bring up the evils of Big Lotion to the boss

Debatable obviously!...his sophomore and Jr year were pretty stout coming back for a 4th I think he could have definitely been a late first to early second
Sometimes they’re just not that good at the next level. Bad as Butch’s scheme was, Kamara and Kelly flourished in it...Kelly more as a backup. He wore down as the primary back and didn’t kill it at the Combine or pro days. I don’t believe Kamara would’ve been drafted higher in a full season in that scheme and I definitely envision Kelly looking less explosive in Helton’s and maybe not getting snapped up in the 6th. Basically it’s all a moot point. Whether Kelly’s a 1st round pick who can’t get playing time or a 6th? He’s not getting playing time because of what he’s not showing.

Some kids learn through textbooks, some use experiences to guide them, some just know. Psychology is interesting.

Right now, mine are so young. Their experience in world revolves around their home world. This definitely impacts older kids more I believe.

Business studies now show that Companies hire high EQ people. 20 years ago, folks looked for High IQ. Studies then showed a correlation of success between highly empathic & (High EQ)/High IQ persons relative to just high IQ. Hence, the personality exams you must now take before even beginning application for jobs. My reading also shows a higher degree of financial success for those two traits.

What you're saying holds merit. After all, it's Science.
True. ~IQ tests like Wunderlics are still quite valuable, much better predictors (long-term) than mere experience or references (nearly useless). But people with high affectivity and conscientiousness also do well. People with low affectivity and high neuroticism, not so much.

Quote:
Robinson, who is Black, said she will continue serving her district in the Senate “with the same integrity, the same passion that I've demonstrated since you've elected me to this office.”

“It is believed that if I were not in the position that I'm in, that if I did not champion the voices, the views and the faces that I represent, that I would not be in this moment right now,” Robinson said.

She seems sorry

Brainwash your kids. If you don't, someone else will!

Underrated post. This is an excellent point.

I'm not sure if people realize it or think about it, but that's precisely what schools and teachers do in many ways. It's not always sinister or in ways that parents would disagree with, but that's what happens. Schools should be teaching only the subjects at hand i.e., math, science, history, economics. Even in the government classes the instruction should be almost exclusively about facts. But those days are long gone.

As a society, parents have largely turned over to schools the responsibility of raising their kids and teaching them about life and worldview. We see the result.
