I don’t see the need to test people who aren’t sick to see whether they have a virus with a 99.98% survival rate and then panic if they’re positive
It is called tracking infected people and their contacts to prevent spread of the disease to those who are most vulnerable to serious adverse events from the disease. It saves lives, lost work time, and lots of money to the economic system. It is the smart thing to do.
 
Serious question. Do you practice or does it just come natural? I've never known anyone that could go extreme negative as well and as fast as you. You have tremendous talent. Honestly, I'm in awe and you have my sincere admiration. lol

No I'm just reading the tea leaves. If the MLB goes down everything else will probably follow

Not gonna say it doesn't happen, but in 22 years of teaching it never happened anywhere near me and I never heard any consideration for closing a school because of the flu. I think I may have read about it happening somewhere in the country a time or two. It's a rare occurrence.
It happens in Sevier County almost every year.
