I think it helps D in the immune function. Regardless, magnesium deficiency is very common, particularly as we age. It's used in a huge number of very important systems. I take it daily in several forms.
I usually take a bath with Epsom salt once a week. So I should also be taking supplements to help with Vitamin D?

Lmao ok man. I can provide you with the names cities and hospitals. There's some fishy stuff going on. Or maybe it's just gross negligence.
There is some very suspicious stuff. I totally agree. For Covid tests, there has to be a chain of custody for each sample. This is an urban legend.

The Singapore study I referred to also included magnesium and B12, which I think both have roles in D's utilization. There are a stack of studies that show association between existing D levels and improved outcomes, but the awesome news in that particular study was that it looked at outcomes after administering the supplements in the hospital, when people are already sick enough to seek treatment. It's a small study (43 participants), but the results were very strongly biased towards the supplements...17% of DMB vs 61% of control needed supplemental oxygen...and is suggestive of causation rather than correlation.
Taking both of those two and zinc

Always read red wine is better if you want to stay skinny, white wine turns to sugar faster. Ill defer to Capt Lou Nickjizunk on this one.

Again, Corona Premier.
Carbs outside of fiber are all eventually broken down to sugar (glucose). The speed at which it happens is of little consequence unless you are managing your blood sugar.

Calorie balance at the end of a given period of time is the main thing

So, while it might be good to take magnesium? It’s only for non-virus. I seriously want to know, what supplements to add to my daily besides D, C and zinc.

Magnesium is an overlooked electrolyte. I supplement it in the Summer, seems to be what causes cramps in me when I get dehydrated. It’s so hot here, tough to stay hydrated outside...

Magnesium is required for normal immune functions.
Essential for normal muscle and nerve function.
Helps regulate glucose, energy production and metabolism.
It helps keep bones strong.
It helps maintain cardiac function.

Hope that helps.

Thank you. It does help me to know what I need.

What I meant was that I didn’t know that the combination helped combat the Corona virus. I take them for unrelated reasons already. Sorry for any confusion about my statement.

There will be people willing to step into those roles and I will definitely be going as a fan

Will you be one of the ones sueing them if you get a bad case of COVID-19 the day after the game? Look, I want football too. There are just so many things that can and probably will go wrong, across the country. If they try this, I predict one big mess, just like what I think is going to happen at our schools.

A part of me wants to be right, but I truly hope that I can stand up and say how wrong I was.

Is it true that ACE inhibitors have been helpful with COVID? If so could a combination of magnesium and zinc help fight off the disease?

Keeping kids out of school doesn’t do anything

For fans, this is true. For people whose livelihood depends on this, do you tell them they can't come? What if that person it the Offensive Coordinator?

Well that’s an easy fix, but I won’t denigrate your point, because it’s valid, and I know what you mean. You mean not every work industry is met with thousands of spectators. So I guess in theory... furlough those unwilling workers, limit fans, extend gate opening times, reduce services at the stadium, and let people practice the caution that has apparently been sufficient to allow casinos to open. No easy solution!

Casinos, theme parks, airports, etc. Should be safer to play an outdoor game than to be in a building or confined space with lots of other people.

Metabolism? Did someone say "Chromium"?
