Not everywhere, and also what are you going to do with kids who live in sh*thole ghettos and trailer parks with no supervision and that won't go to virtual class, even if they COULD get it (which they wont have access to)

I dont think Trump would make a deal like that with the left after all of the **** they've stirred. However I could see him telling Pencd after I win ill resign and its yours

So now one needs a smart phone to be able to order at Waffle House? Of course everyone on this board has the digital toys but many Americans would be left out if one must be computer savvy to order food. In particular the older folks aren't going to get into that and I'm sure WH has their fair share of those

They have printed ones too. It just cuts down on printing costs. It’s one of those if you need it ask for it kind of things.

I can see that being the impetus to make this the new normal. A yr from now or whenever, when we have C19 vaccines widely available there will be a clamoring to keep up the masks and social distancing because after all, the flu is more deadly for some than C19.

It does not surprise me that these measures have cut down on spread of other diseases but we do need to get back to living our lives

I stay in the suburbs, so in MY community, if parents have to work, I have invited a few kids over to study and do school work. My neighbor who is an educator has also offered the same. If people stayed engaged in their community instead of complaining, we could get through this.

Well, if the writing on the wall suggests that you may very well have no power to stop investigations with a transition of power, what fool wouldn't be hedging their bets?

I know he has done a good job as labeling any attempted oversight, Mueller, etc.. as an attack from the "Left", as you say, but that has been a political strategy to justify not cooperating and barring others from the same.

Wether you believe that or not, not having a plan B would be idiocy. IMO.

If you want to see a true opportunity gap arise then go to home schooling in already failing school districts. They'll be lucky to write a qualifying admissions essay for Rutgers

These tests are expensive, about $100 a pop. It takes trained lab folks to read them. Trained professionals to administer them. We're not talking a pregnancy test here. It's amazing that we have as much testing as well do and I'd argue we're closer to doing too much testing rather than not enough

Proper testing would be accompanied by contact tracing. We're doing a terrible job of that aspect of testing
