You are correct about the number of medical errors, however again you overlook the fact that the US has ten times as many patient encounters as most other countries

Thank you , but I’m afraid the guy on the security camera that was behind me and watched it fall out of my truck then scooped it up and walked off , didn’t look like he would return it anytime soon . I have nobody to blame but myself .. but I hate a thief . He could have had the money , just leave me the billfold and all my stuff that was in it .
