Umm.................I am not a doctor, but by my understanding is simply coming into contact with the virus doesn't mean you will get it. You have to receive a certain viral load to get sick. If they are not coughing or sneezing it could take a while. It doesn't take 10 minutes within 6 feet of the same person.
Obviously common sense is wasted on you.

It’s not strange . How many times have you been out in public and people cough and not cover their mouth. How many times have you been in the men’s restroom where people didn’t wash their hands. Social distancing is the least of our problems. People are just nasty. And yet people still get it. Strange I know.
I think people transmit way more through their hands than they realize. Touching their face then touching an object. Another person touches it and then touches their face.Umm.................I am not a doctor, but by my understanding is simply coming into contact with the virus doesn't mean you will get it. Now wait a second. I thought we are supposed to use the numbers infected to generate mortality per some one this board. It infected 500M and killed 50M. That’s the math used to come up with your 3.9% so we need to be apples to apples here even though that 3.9% represents a number that has been dropping and will drop even further. That 500M was close to a third of the world’s population at the time too. If 1/3 got infected today that would be about 2.5B and the same death rate would yield 250M dead. Yeah, this virus isn’t anywhere near that one.The mortality rate of the Spanish Flu was about 2.5%....the mortality rate as it stands right now is 3.9%. Unfortunately there has been so much mud thrown into the water, no one even trust the numbers.
Is Reb ok with you talking like that on here? Maybe I should read that first sentence again. As a matter of fact my titres came back stellar.
measles, mumps, rubella, tb-, diphtheria and pertussis. Had my yearly physical, tires kicked and ready to wade back into the cesspool that is ICU.
Uh, the Dems bitched, whined, and moaned when Trump even mentioned Federal mandates. He then released a plan for states to follow and the blue states said no. That would include the Northeastern states. Check out which states have caused the most deaths.A local infectious medicine doctor said yesterday on Nashille radio if Trump had put uniform federal corona virus rules in place from the beginning, we would already be out of this mess. Since there are none, states and localities have been free to do what they want.
