You know what we do know with 100% certainty? The testing and statistics to date, are wrong. Period.

What we do know with more certainty than your questions are this:

This affects primarily older and sick people. It's lethality is highly dependent on the patient and we know what those factors are. Younger healthy people tend to be fine.

Did the EU post universal rules? Since you brought up what Germany did I guess they didnt, or Germany went above and beyond.

So again nothing stopped states from being like Germany.

Hotel 3 days then back home. I get stipends for hotel, travel and food. Right now decent hotels are dirt cheap because not many traveling. I'll make a deal with one I know is clean.

2 out of 3 daughters have benefited from it. Just about everyone else in the family are nurses and haven't been without a job. My niece coordinates intakes for nursing homes in Indiana and Michigan. She jokingly said she would have rather been laid off.
My brother, everything included with him being furloughed was making an extra $200 a month being at home. He's in rv design and that industry has taken a large hit in Elkhart, IN. The trade show in the fall, as of when we left 2 weeks ago, was on hold. They plan their year around that show.

San Francisco and Sacramento have become the latest cities in California to announce that public school students will not return to classrooms when the new term begins because of surges in coronavirus cases and delays in getting test results back.

They join Los Angeles and San Diego, the state’s two largest districts. Also not reopening are schools in Oakland, Long Beach, Santa Ana, San Bernardino and others that have chosen to start the new term with digital learning amid strong concerns from teachers unions and public health officials about the safety of staff on school campuses.

I love true science . I loath politically twisted results to favor one argument over another or just made up BS science like different multiple genders . Did science tell AOC we only have 12 years before we are all going to die from climate change ? Did science tell ManBearPig ( All gore ) all the polar ice caps would be melted by now ? The left pushes science but it’s a special kind of science ( the Bullsh!t) kind .

You're debating the desire for honest science with a guy that believes covid has a 3.9% mortality rate. That should put some things in perspective.
