2) the list of Republicans they provide funding against is a pretty good indicator as to who is not actually considered a RINO or Russian comrade by Lincoln Project Brigade standards

Too many executive orders
Too many pardons/commutations
Too many vacations/golfing outings

Too much turnover on the White House staff and cabinet
Too much campaigning when he should be governing

Yes, it did... and now Trump is trying to push a narrative that Biden is soft on crime. Trump is saying things like Biden wants to abolish the police. The 1994 crime bill makes that a tough sell. He would probably be better off going in the other direction.
