Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

So I’ve been watching a series on YouTube about visiting famous and historic cemetery’s . I found this to be pretty interesting , both of these great generals have just plain headstones like everyone else ...

I’ve got a pic with Patton’s at Luxembourg-American cemetery. His is on a knoll overlooking the rest of the cemetery.

I am facing reality. College football will not start at end of August. I think it is also unlikely to have a season this year. Mid July should mean we are 6-7 weeks to kickoff. As far as I know, teams aren't even having organized practice. Nobody can field a team in a few weeks and be ready.
Sad.

My neighbor bought a restored 1st gen blue bronco exactly like that last summer but ended up selling it. Could never get it to run right.

When I first started to drive a car at 16, I took over my mom's car which was a 1963 Ford Galaxy ...... what a piece of crap it was. It stayed in the mechanic's shop down the street getting something fixed all the time. When I watch old re-runs of the Andy Griffith Show ...... he drives that type car on those shows .... I just smh. I told myself then that once I got older I was never going to buy me a Ford to drive.

So much stuff has been put off it ticks me off.

2020 has been the definition of a do-over year.

Agree. It's like the year that didn't happen. We've lost school semester, St Pats Day, Cinco Di Mayo, Mother's Day, Memorial Weekend, July 4, and probably Labor Day.

Got my headphones. ATP I am not crazy about the sound. Too processed, so need to tweak around. I should of known as I bought a Boss pedal board 15 years ago and never liked the Boss sound. Or maybe it is just my sucky playing.
Did you keep the Boss headphones?

I'm coming to the same sad reality as you. No football season will decimate many college athletic programs.

UT is one of the top school for football revenue. It makes, what, over 100M per season? That's a big bite for the University as a whole, too. Athletic programs will suffer and so will the general fund.
