Ill be honest BigO, I've pretty much stopped watching those types of movies. It will probably come across as hypocritical and even judgmental and I'm fine with that, but I don't look for that type of a "message" from Hollywood and I don't trust any of those actors honesty. I could look past that and just be entertained and if it provoked positive thoughts even better, but 19 out of 20 times everything about them is just terrible and fake. The acting is horrible and everything about them seems to be "trying too hard".
I agree that most are trash. I just really enjoyed these two. And I certainly don't get my theology from Hollywood.Ill be honest BigO, I've pretty much stopped watching those types of movies. I can't even name all the ones I tried several months ago and finished one.
I probably shouldnt have responded and kept this opinion to myself, but I this is something I think about often.
Edit: BTW, where I said judgmental, I didn't mean towards you....at all. I meant towards the people involved in the movie.
