One of the biggest reasons the mask thing is stupid. People constantly reusing disposable masks sneezing then touching the mask then shelves. Or those who constantly touch and fight with their mask while wearing them. I would argue they are contributing more to the spread then the non wearers

EXACTLY.

Serious question: what percentage of actual mask-wearers wash them and change them out after being out in public every time, avoid touching the masks, and wash their hands immediately if they accidentally do so?

I'd love to hear feedback. My experience in the past week suggests that figure would approximate zero. Which, if true, would most certainly make masks a certain health hazard.

I think the recommendations are about communal spread. They don’t want to admit you more likely to make yourself sick. Ok don’t be selfish and wear a mask. What should I do with my 8 year old daughter. Let her endanger herself? Of course not

For clarification, do you think she is more in danger wearing a mask or not? Kids wearing masks are constantly manipulating them, which both puts finger germs on their faces and their own respiratory secretions on their fingers. It's ludicrous.

I think she is far more likely to make herself sick by wearing one


And, quite frankly, adults are just as bad.

At least a third of the mask wearers don’t even know how to wear it correctly

I’ve been screaming this for weeks now. As long as the hospitals aren’t getting overwhelmed I think the world needs to get back to normal as quickly as possible.

So you support that in TX, AZ and CA? They tried to get back to normal and even you can see what's happened.
