2020 Presidential Race

I don't believe you. Your constant defense of Hillary clearly shows your double standard. Any Republican involved in as much crap as she has been you would consider the ultimate evil. But no, she's just the victim of right wing slander. Your politics cloud your judgement.

"Unvetted"? The man was Vice President for 8 years. He has been vetted. Sarah Palin in 2008 is an example of not being properly vetted. And we are still very early in the campaign. We are 8 weeks away from the Democratic National Convention.

He has not been vetted for President, otherwise you would know his platform and the media never even asks him hardball questions. Just like Obama, treated like a baby bird.

I've never defended Hillary beyond stating she is better than Trump and has been the victim of a concerted effort by the right wing media to destroy her. I'll comfortably and confidently stand by those two points.

I believe both sides should be held to the same standards, whereas you seem to believe it's okay for the left to engage in behavior you find unacceptable from the right. Several posters like that on here. Several others that hold the same belief in reverse. My belief on that isn't swayed by politics.
I have only ever seen your posts point toward what you perceive to be inconsistent behavior or hypocritical conduct on the part of liberals/Democrats... never conservatives/Republicans, despite there being a Republican President currently in office who works in hypocrisy the way an artist works in oils or clay. Hypocrisy is Trump's true medium, a master. Yet, your "what-about-isms" are one-sided. Mine are as well, but I've never claimed to be non-partisan as you just (comically) did.

It is still very early. Biden had a big lead from the moment of his announcement. He hasn't done much, because he hasn't had to. It's hard to argue with his strategy to this point.

lmao There has never been a "concerted effort by the right wing media to destroy her". She created all of her messes on her own, and they spoke for themselves. If anything, there was a concerted effort by left wing media to make her look innocent when she was anything but. And you obviously swallowed that hook.

I've noticed that a number of people who bash the left 90% of the time and the right 10% of the time claim to be moderates.

I can buy that. It is a gamble and Hills learned the hard way when she skipped the campaign trail in the battle states.

You see what you want to see. You've obviously ignored posts where I've defended Muslims, or gay rights, or called out Trump, or any of a number of other things that would speak against the conservative label. Hell, I was practically begging for the Democrats to nominate a worthy candidate a couple of years ago rather than wasting time on what everyone knew was a doomed impeachment. But did they use that time to find an actual quality candidate? Of course not. They were too busy playing pointless political games that accomplished jack squat. Why do you think I constantly bitch that both sides are the same? That both sides are worthless? That we do not have a good choice for POTUS? There are absolutely issues I lean right on, and there are absolutely issues I lean left on, but I do not and cannot consider myself affiliated with either party as both are corrupted to the core. They are the same. A blind man can see that is true, but many on this board cannot.

As for Trump, the one thing none of the liberals on this board have wrapped their minds around, the one truth they cannot accept, Donald Trump is Bill Clinton minus the charisma. Both liars, both cheaters, both corrupt, both womanizers....Only when it was Bill, the behavior was deemed acceptable. It was defended. What? He screwed a pudgy intern in the Oval Office? No big deal. What? He lied under oath? Committed perjury? Well, that's nothing. It's sad when people let partisanship blind them from seeing truth.

Would explain a lot, tbh. Lutherfer loses the bout because he breaks into a discussion of violin to fiddle continuums and the despicable horrendousness of gambling one's eternal soul against gold.
Probably didn't really lose. Bet he was the victim of right wing slander that oversold Johnny's fiddle playing.

'Hannity' town hall with Trump dominates in viewership across all Primetime, beats Maddow and Cuomo Combined

The "Hannity" town hall featuring President Trump was the most-watched hour of television across both broadcast and cable networks.

The sitdown between the president and Fox News host Sean Hannity drew a whopping 5.1 million viewers on Thursday night, which beat MSNBC and CNN combined during that same 9 p.m. time slot according to final Nielsen data. MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show" drew just 3.1 million viewers while and CNN's "Cuomo Prime Time" drew a measly 1.8 million viewers.

The town hall event, which took place in the swing state of Wisconsin, drew more viewers than the entire primetime lineups on ABC, CBS and NBC. The most-watched programs on broadcast television on Thursday night were CBS' encore airing of "Young Sheldon," which drew 4.8 million viewers, and ABC's "Holey Moley" with 3.8 million viewers, both during the 8 p.m. time slot.

The leaders of the Democratic Party in Washington, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are so dedicated to seeking justice for Floyd Taylor —wait — George Taylor —George Kirby — wait — just whom are they seeking justice for?

According to Schumer, it’s Floyd Taylor. According to Pelosi, it’s George Kirby, as can be seen below:

Pelosi misspeaks, says police reform bill is worthy of ‘George Kirby’s’ name

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday misspoke when she said that a Democratic bill in the House on police reform, named after George Floyd, was worthy of “George Kirby’s name.”

Pelosi meant to refer to Floyd, who died in police custody last month and whose death sparked calls for reforms to policing across the country. George Kirby was a black comedian and singer who died in 1995.

“And I said 'I'll recommend that to the Judiciary Committee and to the Congressional Black Caucus who have shaped the bill, but I only will do that if you tell me that this legislation is worthy of George Kirby’s name,' and he said it is, and so we’re very proud, we’re very proud to carry that," she said.

Pelosi is 80 years old.

So is she also accusing Republicans of trying to get away with murdering George Kirby too?

And the first foreign policy mishap of the election is here.

“Officials developed a menu of potential options - starting with making a diplomatic complaint to Moscow and a demand that it stop, along with an escalating series of sanctions and other possible responses but the White House has yet to authorize any step”

This is pretty outrageous, and three months later, Trump has done nothing. If Trump was asked about this, he would most likely say that Vladimir Putin has denied it, and then Trump would publicly side with Putin's denial over the conclusions of his own intelligence officials.
