2020 Presidential Race

Why do people have such a problem with the President treating this country like a Republic and pushing for States Rights before Federal interference. I’m actually rather pleased he’s kept the Feds out of it for the most part. It was expected to see the Feds respond in D.C.

If the States would step up this insanity could have been over as soon as it started. Protestors could have enjoyed much more peaceful rallies if no tolerance for bullshite policies, like riots, were being upheld. If seeing that certain states are endorsing darn near anarchy doesn’t get one’s gears turning as to questioning why, folks may be dipping at the partisan well to deeply.
I don't have a problem with a president respecting the Constitution and respecting states' rights prior to any federal intervention.

I do have a problem with a president that seemingly doesn't have an adequate understanding of the Constitution, who apparently cannot summons an ounce of empathy, and who sees the office of president of the United States as nothing more than an opportunity to broaden the "trump brand."

IMO, history will prove that we have the wrong leader for the monumental crisis' we are currently facing. Pulling the wool over our eyes in the name of the "trump economy" or "federal judge appointments", IMO, is actually dipping in the partisan well too deeply.

Oh I know who its run by. I'd love to see how they think testing could be "slowed" down.

I do think Trump is far too incompetent to actually accomplish his directive here, but the fact that he wants less surveillance on the virus that is crippling America's economy is disturbing.

Even if he is joking here, why would he think it is appropriate to do so? We'll have more than 175K dead Americans by the time we vote.

Trump needs a campaign manager who can get him on message immediately if he wants to remain POTUS. As always, he's his own worst enemy.

You pose a good question, one for which I don't pretend to have the answer. FWIW, I don't profess to be Demo or Repub, and certainly don't believe either "walk on water."

Do you expect the person who can't pay attention during an intel briefing to be kept on message by a campaign manager????

Smug wussy don't know the meaning of hard.

Someone please go up to this pud and smack him, emasculate him, embarrass him, and make him to stand there with a lost dumb cowardly look on his face. Preferably a man near his age.

People are talking real big these days. Unaware of how close they might be to getting the snark smacked out of their mouths, or worse.

I want President Trump to keep fighting I don't want him to act like some wishy washy RINO Neocon. How he acts now is one of the reasons that I voted for him in 2016 he doesn't play political games.

He is very programmable. You just need to feed him narratives he wants to hear in ways he wants to hear them and he can learn to regurgitate them. This is why they send their daily talking points to Fox and Friends.

Parscale has just gotten lazy on this front so Trump is regurgitating the biggest idiots in his Twitter feed instead.

He’s got voters like you no matter what. There aren’t enough of you to get him a second term.

Despite how infantile it seems, all leaders are susceptible to this sort of programming.

Trump is suffering the same fate as Jimmy Carter — people like the idea of an outsider in theory but aren’t prepared for the uncertainty an outsider creates when a crisis emerges.
