"Tennessee softball welcomes back LVFL Megan Rhodes Smith as its new assistant coach for pitching, announced co-head coaches Ralph and Karen Weekly, on Monday. Smith, a standout pitcher for the Lady Vols from 2005-08, spent the last year as the head coach at Belmont in her hometown of Nashville."

Sounds like a good hire to me. Perhaps she can be trained up to be the next head coach in a few years.
