No, it’s good to sear the meat side but you want to do most of the cooking with the bone side down.

No, it’s good to sear the meat side but you want to do most of the cooking with the bone side down.

It was good. Fit the whole dang plate. The baked tater and green beans had to go, plus 3/4 of the steak, but dang, it was good.

No I finished them and cooked corn on the cob and hamburger and asparagus after the advice and thanks towards the end I painted them with hickory sweet sugar bbq sauce and my family said they was good. I am starting to be the chief with you all's help. My family just love th@t I gots a grill I can't run them off lol. I tell ya I have cooked every day since I got that grill together. I am taking a break.

I did through them on the propane side and reload the charcoal but it's natural and mesquite got them going put them back on at 225 and finished. Not cool about the temp though. Fuggar

They was good not burnt but I wasn't able to wiggle the bone. Dissappoint.
