The sauce is just Frank’s. But I marinate the chicken in olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, pepper flake, cayenne and black pepper. Feel free to judge about just using Frank’s, but it’s perfect in my book

Anyone use brain enhancements, specifically Focus Factor? I know 2 people that use FF and swear by it. I looked it up and like most nutritional supplements of types, one place says "this brand" is number 1 and "that brand" is a fake. "Don't use this brand until you read this". Lulz.

Obviously you guys know I could use something. I think I'm gonna try the Focus Factor.
