Meh! I doubt TN will really dedicate much effort into doing this.

Funding for health care professionals that go to residences of those that are quarantined or are unable to get to a testing location is a bad thing?

What you say is fine but the way this bill is currently written it leaves open the ability for much much more than that. The right to privacy and this bill are going to blur.

I think that it's incorrectly being interpreted as forcibly tracing. It looks like funding for researching the spread of the virus and testing the home bound if they want to participate. I don't see anything in that bill authorizing home invasions by the government.

Well if it passes we will find out.

I agree here. Honestly though if you feel like this could be an issue then just never get a Covid 19 test and you'll never test positive.

??? What do you mean? This is a US House of Representatives bill, not a state assembly bill.

Given the far less than satisfactory response to this pandemic from this current government I am absolutely NOT worried about this ever being a problem.

All in the name of "not furthering the spread"
Does anyone have any information about how long the run was before flattening the curve and why there was not economic shutdown during the Spanish Flu?

It’s not a matter of if the government will use something like this to overreach , but when . Just building those corrals for all the sheeple .

So this doesn’t concern you at all ? Because you trust the government right ?

Since the comment says "can be quickly isolated" and not "will be forcibly isolated", no. It doesn't. HR 6666 is a funding bill that enables health care professionals to track and test. It's not a law changing anybody's right to decline participation.

You sure do have a lot of faith in our government not to keep opening that door wider and wider . That’s good I suppose , optimism is a good thing to have .
