Well that was pretty obvious early on. We needed a leader with the guts to admit an error and change course. Instead we got one who saw his shadow giving us 6 more weeks of shutdown

I agree Trump handled this poorly, he let that fraud Fauci direct him into bad decisions however the "leaders" in your party have done far worse. The mayor of Nashville is just one example. These socialists Governors and Mayors are enjoying their newly found powers way too much. You dems were hoping for a recession the minute Trump got elected.

Who? Idk (obv not the current guy) but my post answered the second part. Admit an incorrect course based on incomplete data and chart a course to get things back open. Allowing this to continue for so is criminal. So is the creation of an insane anoint of new debt

I'm not saying to make policy. I'm saying the potus reaches more people than any other elected official. The current one is not very smart, arrogant, and extremely stubborn. He was never going to be a leader and admit being wrong.

If potus had been saying 4 wks ago to open back up would we be here now? Highly unlikely

If he had said open up 4 weeks ago they would have attributed every death to him starting the day he said it .

If he did, don't you think the MSM would be hitting him with the daily death count? You know they would.

But I still support your basic concept about this thing being a travesty. I'm beginning to think Sweden had the right approach but that is more hindsight then being omniscient.

Put on his big boy pants and understand that comes with the job. Now he gets a failed economy and every death caused by that which is likely to be higher.

How many of these Dem governors do you think would open their states up regardless of what he says ? Now back to my original question , which leader do you think would have us back up and running now ?
