IMO that will depend on who the coach is. A risky/unpopular coach won't have the same latitude as a, say Jon Gruden.

Of these 6 coaches, here is how I would rank the probability of them taking a job at Tenn if offered, highest to lowest.

1. Leach
2. Kiffin
3. Davis
4. Cohwer
5. Gruden
6. Petersen

I think Leach and Kiffin would jump at it, Davis would take some convincing ($$$), Gruden and Cohwer would take more convincing, and Petersen would have to be blackmailed before taking it.

I would like to go on record stating that my choices for HC are still Cowher,Gruden then Davis. If those refuse I think we should go get Dan Mullen. This is a guy who has been with Urban Meyer since he first became a HC at Bowling Green. Since 2001 he has been Meyers OC/QB coach and we all know this guy has called big games and is a excellent recruiter.
