Yeah idk how you did that haha. What has the work situation been like for you with all this mess going on?

All our students got sent home. Me and everyone else are teleworking until we’re allowed to go back and restart training. Honestly, it’s been good for me...I’ve been able to catch up and decompress. Life was extremely stressful there for a while and I was in a pretty bad place.

This telework view from my “desk” certainly doesn’t hurt...

At the beginning, the whole idea of closing everything down was to protect our medical system from overload and hope that SLOWLY everyone becomes exposed to this thing and we build some kind of herd immunity.

Well, we’ve done that first part really, really well. So well that it’s given folks the opportunity to say “oh we totally overreacted!”

We’re not even close on the second part.

So if we open back up, we’re all still likely to get it. It just seems like we’ve decided there’s going to be some collateral damage - and we all selfishly hope it’s someone else’s parents or grandparents and not our own.

You can't build herd immunity with everyone locked up. You can't lock down the country indefinitely. It's time to open up.

Well, I mean we can all say it’s time to open up if we don’t care about the consequences. It seems like that’s where we are.

I guess I just fall in the middle on this one. I agree this is very hard on the economy and people’s paychecks, but I think getting sick or having to care for a sick family member would be just as devastating.

The truth is we truly don’t have the infrastructure to go either way on this.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a large UT flag? Bigger than 4x6...I have one of those. I need like 6x10. My neighbor is out here flying a monster Gamecocks flag on his dock and I need to represent.
For some reason, I think I remember @Freak looking for something similar awhile back. Not sure what he ended up doing.
