Even if their employer states they have refused to go back to work? They may do that but that will take a very large set. Draw $875 minus taxes for 8 weeks then $275 minus taxes? Never say never but doesn't sound like a good long term strategy

Sure, we still have PPE shortages and still lagging in testing. Just imagine life right now if the governors did nothing as Trump wanted. Giving someone credit for doing nothing, how does that make any damn sense to anyone?

First off, what in the hell does that even mean?

Second, I tended bar for six years. I won a few competitions, got a handful of four figure tips, and made a living travelling around and doing well for myself because I was passionate about it and, as a result, was considered "good" enough to move up to independent contracting and restaurant consultation. Started doing food and beverage direction as a full time gig a couple of years ago and by all accounts from employers have been considered a valuable asset. You couldn't be further off.

My point is that your intuitions fail you because you're either blinded by your disdain for our differences, a complete and utter dumbass, or both.

I may still think you're a politically misguided sh*tbrain, but I'm not questioning the fact that you're essentially a loan shark preying on the economically disadvantaged. You can be both.

I don't remember Trump asking the governor's to do nothing. He left it up to them to decide whether or not to issue stay at home orders, while recommending people stay home as much as possible himself. Federal government made recommendations, state and city governments issued orders.

I disagree with where you stand on a lot of issues but I have no doubt you are good at what you do and it's obvious you are passionate about it.

I told both my children to chose a career that they are passionate about. No matter what you chose strive to be the best at it and the money will take care of itself. The very best bartender, the one that strives to become the best bartender, will be more successful than the engineer or lawyer or doctor, that hates his job.
