It’s easier when you blackball a specific network and use your presidential powers / agencies to spy on certain ones . I laugh every time someone on the left talks about how bad Trump treats the media , after Obama actually took action against specific media outlets .

The rates of death or serious illness are very small compared to total population and total numbers tested. The majority who are horribly affected have weakened immune systems. There's got to be a way to balance the 99% of us who are unaffected or minimally affected with those who are at greater risk. I completely understand those folks sheltering at home.

I have that same feeling. I think a lot people will comply with this stuff thru April 30, but after that, most will decide to enjoy the warm weather with family and friends and get back to their lives.

If this has been posted I apologize. A friend sent me this and apparently they can test you to see I you have had the Coronavirus and if you have there is a high probability you will not get if again. Hopefully, the link will start with the Dr. talking. If not he starts in the first 3:40 mark.

Something shady is going on without a doubt. Its just strange this is happening on an election year, not to mention the media is blatantly hyping this thing up and scaring people. Makes me wonder if the government is seeing how easy it is to control us. We failed the test.

No one knows what the numbers are in China, not even the Chinese public.

Total cases means squat.
We are the 3rd most populous country, and have done far more testing than any country. No one will match our rate of testing and thus, we will remain relatively high in total cases. However, we are considerably ahead of most other Western nations in per capita - the only stat that matters - deaths and cases of C19, even those who had no infections for weeks after us.
Half a dozen Euro countries with 1/5th or less our population are desperately trying to overtake us in total cases, and already have in total deaths.

And no, he said he hoped we'd we able to resume the economy by Easter, not that we would. Does the left have a hearing/reading deficiency in general, or is it just those on VN?

According to the good Mayor, reporters shouldn’t be asking Trump any questions about his past comments....

This is what I have been saying, they will never forget how easy it was to force 70% ish to not come out of their homes.
