Change of pace - anybody know a reliable service in the Chattanooga area for a problem either in the line to the septic tank - in the septic tank - or field lines?

Any of y'all ever deal with a citation for a traffic light violation?

Been getting noticed for one from out of state (Illinois). In the latest one they're threatening to send it to a collection agency if I dont pay. My inclination is to believe that it's an idle threat and that they can't legally send it to collections.

Any thoughts?

They can send it to collections and they will. It just won‘t hit your license.

The vehicle in question was a rental that was in my name. As I see it, they cannot prove who was driving the vehicle. I wonder what kind of luck I would have in sending a letter contesting that point. I'd rather not see a hit on my credit.

Rental agreements hold the renter 100% liable for anything like that. You have two choices, pay it or let it hit your credit.

Well, I'm so lucky.....Tornado warnings are out in my neck of the woods from now til 2 am.
The sirens are going off all around me like there's one coming down the street.....stay safe everyone.
It's going to be a stormy night until 3-4 am. Glad when nasty weather is out of here.
