I would recommend anyone take that route that I posted if they’ve never seen New York State . The apple orchards, colonial buildings and finger lakes alone is worth the drive . It will change people’s perception of New York State vs City .

Maybe Trump could buy them up for pennies on the dollar, remember when the coronation of queen Hillary did not take place? The would be queen had purchased millions worth of fireworks, Trump offered to buy them up for pennies on the dollar!! Yes to the first question but its clients hiding payroll, thus skipping out on paying the correct exposure since workers comp is based on payroll.

Where the agents and accounting firms come into play is that they sell it as a loophole. But it's not. So let's say a roofer claims to have 2 workers but in all reality has 15. If they pay each 30k, the roofing company only pays based on 60k of payroll when it's near half a million. The agent and accounting firm will alter the tax returns and payroll records they give to the insurance companies to skip out on paying the full exposure.

I had one where we had two 1099s from two other audits that totaled 1.3 and 1.5 million. The accountant gave us a return that showed 56k in sales. lol. Just a smidge off.

I don’t think I quite understand your question. But I’ll take a stab at it anyway.

Bill Lee has fumbled his way through this and made some absolutely dumb decisions that contradict what he is supposedly trying to accomplish. He wants people to social distance then shuts down state parks, golf courses and campgrounds. What sense does that make? He is doing things just to be seen as “doing something” and I think that is a good angle for any potential rival to attack. Also I voted against him in the primary anyway so he wasn’t top of my list to begin with.

I was just saying I’m curious what the “market” will be like in TN for somebody whose response to corona would have been less drastic.

I hadn’t put the pieces together as far as what you’re saying about the response not making sense.

He’s probably seeing the **** Ron DeSantis is taking for not closing beaches and thinks TN parks and FL beaches are synonymous, would be my guess.

There is alot that doesnt seem to add up. China's numbers are useless. Their behavior is worth noticing. Still all kinds of things dont seem to add up.

There is no way I believe this just got here a few weeks ago. I dont understand how a country similar in population and density, India, and sitting right beside China has not already exploded with this. I dont understand such disparities in outcomes from place to place like Italy, Germany, Israel, etc.

In the most connected time in human history, I dont understand how we are so uncertain on so much of this. That uncertainty drives the panic which drives so much of this decision making.

Why the hell would an agent be complicit in keeping the audited payroll lower than the actual? I'd sure rather have commission paid on $500k rather than fraudulently keeping at $60k, it'd take a dumb effing agent to willingly do that. Do you do the audits or only step in after fraud is suspected by the auditor?

Chattanooga will get you. The judges and city attorneys here all feel like they have to be seen being tough on Truck drivers after that wreck a few years ago. I used to have a couple of CDL firms that hired me to do that stuff and it was easy money until that happened.
