Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

I'm challenged to see the issue with these statements. Let's go back a few years. When ACA / Obamacare was in hot discussion, there were a lot of unknowns about the final law. Some debate was centered around how other countries approach socialized medical care. Some of those countries have to make decisions to ration care. Older folks can be/are denied certain procedures due to relative life expectancy versus expense to the system. Death panels were also debated (to jog your memory).

If grandparents were fated for premature death or discomfort to not drain the economy of socialized medicine and that was just or noble, why is it outrageous for folks to claim grandparents fated for premature death or discomfort to not drain the economy of an entire country/world?

Death panels? You mean the lie of the year from 2009?

He shouldn't be touting anything, he's not qualified. This is the kind of sht that happens...

Arizona man dies after attempting to take Trump coronavirus 'cure'

He is qualified to inform the public about the information he has received from his advisors who are qualified. This is actually an expectation for his position as president. Do you think Trump came up with Chloroquine all on his own?

Also, what makes you qualified to say what he should or shouldn't be telling the American public?

Real impact to me and my family from this unprecedented time in our history.
I have a few rental properties. Of the tenants, 3/5 are in food service, school system support (cafeteria or janitorial). Those folks aren't working. I had to ask my bank for mortgage deferment so I could extend rent reductions or exempt rent for up to 90 days.
The details: I convert to an interest only payment reducing my expense about 2/3rds. I then can meet my obligations while helping out my tenants caught in the middle of all this. Here's the catch. This is a 90 day alteration. If the status quo extends beyond 3 months, I do not know what we (my family and our tenants) will do. All but one household has children to feed.
Speaking personally, the uncertainty of the future is actually worse than having well-defined bad news to face.

I wouldn't put it much past his twitter feed.

Truthfully dude, I don't think trump canspell "CDC" so I'm fairly certain he's never been to the website for qualified info, he is likely busy doodling on post-it notes during the briefings and couldn't articulate the difference between bacteria and a virus if the nations life depended on it. I have little doubt that the people who are telling Trump what's what are insanely qualified, my issue is that they are talking to an imbecile whose only goal is to remain in power. Again, I have a background in healthcare, but one should need that to know they shouldn't take medical advice on treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
I think there is past bias clouding your interpretations, tbh. Every move he makes right now has a joint cause and effect. He wants to do something to get himself reelected, chances are, that the same decision that would be made to just simply help the country.

You deemed the subject of his comments on a prescription medication that has existed since the 30s, as "pet shop treatments", which is wildly inaccurate. No one in DC ever mentioned a pet store source nor did 99% of the population realize that fish tank cleaner could be confused with the prescription medication. Blaming trump for that is asinine, its clouded and its outright dishonest.

Trump's reckless comments on chloroquine have led to deaths. Besides, Nevada can always reverse that law if in fact chloroquine is proven to cure COVID.

What? 🤣 This has nothing to do with a phantom liberal ideology. It's also not some either/or situation
This is typical liberal ideology. It's absolutely the government trying to control distribution of a product. It's not surprising you defending the libs again, since you are one.

What Joe should have ad libbed when his teleprompter stopped working was
"I'll handle Corona like I handled Cornpop" What he can't say is that he will handle this virus like he and Obama handled H1N1, which is to say they did nothing while it made 60 million Americans sick and killed half a million worldwide.

And millions like you facing these tough issues.

The Lt. Gov of Texas was correct. We should go forward intelligently, but undoubtedly go forward.
