I asked my SIL (he’s a cop) last night what his department would do if Lee imposed a stay at home order. He laughed and said “nothing, he wasn’t going to pull people over to find out where they’re going”.

Not many, but some made the choice to close while these kids were on Spring Break. They came back to get their stuff, and clear the dorms.

And as you say, bone a few more times?? Only people on campus at that time would be other people coming back from spring break... same group of people.
