Trump's handling of the "Chinese" virus is not going to move the needle on how people view him very much.
I hope for the best case scenario with COVID-19 and any positive bump that gives Trump will be an unfortunate but acceptable consequence. He'll have multiple opportunities to continue to prove his unworthiness.

How do you "let" a virus do anything? And is tanking the economy going to stop this virus? How long do you realistically shut everything down? At best, we might slow it down, but without a working treatment we don't stop it. What's to keep it from coming back year after year like the flu? And if it does, are we supposed to shut everything down during its peak season?

I'm no expert but it probably will come back, it will probably also mutate. From what I've read they're trying to identify all the strains (they believe there is more than one) and come up with a vaccine as we speak. They may have to design a vaccine for more than one variant.

I don’t know Pete personally. All I know is he’s been a terrible mayor, a fraud, and he’s thrived be a career politician his entire life. Most people see through him and his half a$$ed cookie cutter “resume”.
