Why are the panickers and chicken little types so angry about everything? Sounds like you need some meditation or something before worrying about vaccines and suchI take every reasonable precaution I can. I don't dig a hole, crawl in it and pull it in after me every time someone sneezes. I get my vaccination. I don't listen to anti-vaxxer idiocy. If I, myself, am sick I stay home whenever physically possible.
What I DON'T do is run around licking shopping cart handles. I don't hoard TP (idiots, why??). I don't run to work and cough on people and then laugh about it and call 'em p*****s for getting annoyed about it. I certainly DON'T encourage people to ignore their doctors, nurses, CDC, epidemiologists, or any other health care professional because of a tush-hog attitude. By god I AIN'T SKEERED!!! And iff'n you is you's just a big ol' baby."
That last one is the one that really p***** me off. I don't think I've ever seen anything near the consensus among health care profs. that we're seeing right now but people that couldn't add two and two and get four consistently (with a calculator) will tell them they're "just fear mongering". Personally, I think it's rooted in a deep seated jealousy and resentment of anyone that might know more about something than they do. No matter how much time and effort the professionals took in learning those things. I think it all goes back to when mommy and daddy told them that their opinions were just as good as anyone else's, especially those nasty ol' doctors even if baby-dear only barely made it out of high school by the skin of baby-dear's teeth.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Limiting exposure is the ONLY weapon we've got against this thing right now. Only a completely ignorant fool would ignore that fact. It's not rocket surgery FFS......

Then, please, by all means..... If you can't see the reasoning behind limiting your own exposure, have at it! When you catch it and die, by god, you'll have shown ME won't you??
Living in fear really isn't living. And you can't live in quarantine forever. If I catch this, and it kills me, so be it. We all die from something.
I've beat death once. My surgeon even told me he was surprised I made it. But death always wins in the end. Like I said before, unless you take your own life, you don't get to choose how you die. No matter how much you quarantine, this virus isn't going away. I take reasonable precautions, but I don't see shutting yourself off from the world as a reasonable precaution.I really am glad you seem to have such a positive attitude about it.....
As for me? When the Grim Reaper comes for me he'd damned sure better bring some help! I'm going out kicking and scraching, eye-gouging, fish-hooking, and rabbit-punching all the way.... As far as I'm concerned Dylan Thomas had it right on the nose.
If that can be proven, Katie bar the door.
Looks like Asia cases have peaked...less than 100 new cases today in China South Korea and Japan combined...South Korea tested more people than any other country..over 200k with 96% testing negative so their cases topped out around 8k
Don't you get it? That is him fighting, he's living life like the rest of us, he's taking the same precautions I'm sure but it's just more difficult or comes at a greater risk. I'd argue he's fighting harder than you.I really am glad you seem to have such a positive attitude about it.....

Hasn't this been debunked or is this a new group study or finding? What you know and what you can prove are often two very different things. China will skate on this because nothing can be proven - the government isn't about to open doors, and anyone who knows and talks ... well, China doesn't have living whistle blowers. You can't even cripple them economically when you can't manufacture necessities that you've given up to them.
