It seems like you’re intentionally missing the point.Therein lies part of the problem, IMO. Why was he even tested? He’s “strong” “stable” “felt good enough to play” and if this hysteria about coronavirus wasn’t going on, his symptoms would have been chalked up to having a cold, and life would have continued as normal.

He does have the luxury of being young and healthy and not currently in need of medical treatment.Rudy Gobert is an elite NBA athlete with the best medical treatment he can get. There are a lot of people who don’t have those luxuries.
Also we don’t know where Rudy is at this point. He could just the beginning symptoms. It’s a virus that can take awhile.
Well, I don’t think the tests are more or less valuable depending how likely the subject is to recover. It seems the value of the test is knowing how many people a positive subject has been in contact with. Gobert has been in contact with a ton of people in the last 8-12 days (incubation period.)No. The point I’m making is we’ve used a test, that is limited in availability, on someone that (seemingly) has minimal symptoms, when there isn’t a current treatment or vaccination for coronavirus anyway.
Should be testing anyone in contact with a positive - only way to dampen the spread if they won’t voluntarily quarantine.No. The point I’m making is we’ve used a test, that is limited in availability, on someone that (seemingly) has minimal symptoms, when there isn’t a current treatment or vaccination for coronavirus anyway.
Wicker is very reactionary. He loves and hates everyone
