I think mine was spinach herb. I enjoyed it but I can’t stop farting. I go to the bathroom just to fart into the toilet.
I mean... the large ones are 25 grams of fiber. Some of that will become fuel for the gut microbiome which would cause gas and some will cause improved “movement” of the bowels. Both are good for you

Random, but after listening to basketball and stuff all morning, I’ve been thinking about the basketvols next season. I really wish we had another big that could play because we could go the 2014 UK route and use two complete lineups.

Line up 1:
Springer 6’5
Bailey 6’4
JJJ 6’6
Pons 6’6
Fulky 6’9

Sub everyone out for line up 2
Vescovi
Johnson
Ticket
Walker
Maybe transfer big

I’m starting Bailey because he can shoot the 3 pretty well and we need a 3pt guy.

If @BaldBiker is old then I'm like a teenager. He's old enough to be my daddy.
I'll admit I'm 60, but took my mom, who turns 80 next month, to have same day surgery on Monday. Her first nurse who came in her room to start prepping her, asks me if I was her husband. A little while later, a second nurse came in and asks if I was her brother! My mom got a big chuckle both times...….....I can't win.

I think Santiago is going to be a hard "out" to take his starting spot. I actually think, based on how the season went and who is coming in that this is more likely.

Guards: Santiago, Springer, Bailey (Keon, JJJ, Ticket, Jalen)
Forwards: Pons, Fulkerson (Olivier, Uros, Walker)

We're still involved with Cardwell and there is potential we take a grad transfer for a big as well. If that happens then someone will be leaving cause if all non graduating scholarship players return we don't have the numbers.

I expect Pember is the first potential RS candidate, and think Ticket could be as well. Feel like we don't have enough depth in the 4/5 spots for Olivier to RS though.

Sounds like you need to stop going to Applebees.

My father in law's Memorial Service was very moving and a very special tribute. He was laid to rest with full military honors at the Mountain Home National Cemetery yesterday. The Carter County Honor Guard was very professional and I was proud to witness this memorable service. Bob Ferguson gave a eulogy on Monday night. This is Riley Ferguson's grandfather who played basketball for my FIL, at Chattanooga Kirkman in the 60s. He was a great player who was drafted by the Knicks. He was very complimentary about my FIL. Bob came from a broken home and said if my FIL had not helped him he would not have been the successful man he is today. I am honored to have been a part of my FIL's life. He was a great man. Thank you all again for all of your support.

Here's the 2019 Scholarships for basketball
(2) SR: Turner & Bowden
(3) JR: Jalen, Fulky, Pons
(1) SO: Bailey
(6) FR: James, Santiago, Gaines, Uros, Pember, Olivier

12 of 13 (Jacob was awarded a scholarship as a walk-on though so I think we're at 13)

So we've got 3 incoming and 3 leaving (counting Jacob)

2020 Scholarships for basketball should look like this
(3) SR: Jalen, Fulky, Pons
(1) JR: Bailey
(6) SO: James, Santiago, Gaines, Uros, Pember, Olivier
(3) FR: Springer, Keon, Walker

2021 class has at least 3 spots open, could be an additional 1-3 spots depending on team success. Most think Springer & Keon could be 1 and done I also think since Bailey will have likely finished his degree (4 total years in college) he may leave "early" as well if he has a great year.

Hopefully we land at least 2 of these big time targets: Paolo Banchero (PF), Jabari Smith (PF), Kennedy Chandler (PG). With good on the court success next year though we could see ourselves in on more high rated guys. Future should be pretty bright though.

Good to hear and may prayers continue to uplift the entire family. When we had my father's service last year the folding of the flag , presenting it to my mom, taps, etc, etc, is things I will never forget. I will always honor and respect all veterans and those who serve.
