Living in Florida, it seems that almost every year we endure something like this because of a hurricane, so despite the appearance of two cases already here, I really do not expect this kind of reaction here, even when more cases surface.

I believe this was an engineered virus. It doesn't seem to behave like viruses that we've seen in the past. I still don't believe we, the scientist have a handle on how this virus behaves. Anyone have a similar mindset?

According to a Fox News article I posted on the other page ....apparently, there are other top Iranian officials in the country of Iran to be infected according to multiple reports on Monday. The Iranian Health Ministry recorded 523 new cases in the past 24 hours. They mark a 53% increase since the day before.

I wonder what's the half life of that virus on a prayer rug?

This is like the 5th or 6th end of the world virus I've experienced, forgive my skepticism.
