I'm more concerned with the measures it took to slow it down. Isolating whole provinces/millions of people, telling people they can only leave their homes every two days, banning public and private transport, etc etc. No country in the west will be able to do take those measures without seeing serious legal issues.

I could be wrong but I don't there was ever a quarantine in world history that was implemented on such a large scale and it still not totally lifted either in China yet.

No they didnt. If the numbers are real, it exploded in the quarantined areas and no where else. Do you really believe no contagious person made it to another region?

This will only get worse and slowly, unfortunately. The market will absolutely keep dropping and it won't recover for at least 6 months if not more. I'd predict a drop to 11,000 or less before it's over.

They quarantined a city with 4 million more ppl than NYC..that's almost impossible
