His lawyers (not his of course but using your words) are going after the ACA. The ACA is not the only way to protect preexisting conditions. Conflating fighting a specific healthcare law (ACA) with a principle of healthcare (preexisting conditions) is in and of itself misrepresentation; you know...lying.

I enjoyed it for the most part. The downside is as a populist he isnt concerned about spending. On the plus side 90% of what he talks about and does are things that need to be addressed. Nancy and the handful of dems were petty and childish when the camera panned to them.
