Votes are emotionally driven also , so there’s that . A full billfold makes me happy , an empty one makes me sad .

I think that while some people might not credit the president for a full wallet, they sure as hell will blame him for an empty one.

Most presidents approval numbers are correlated to the unemployment rate. As the unemployment rate goes down, their numbers go up. That was true with Obama and the inverse was true with Bush. His numbers went down, as the unemployment rate went up. However, with Trump, there doesn't seem to be any relationship at all. He is an unusual case. It is often said that he could shoot someone in the middle of 5th Avenue and his numbers wouldn't go down. I also think it's true that if the unemployment rate hit 1%, his numbers would still not reach 50%. You can't think about Trump without thinking about his behavior. It's too front and center.

True but we must look outside that box , Trump doesn’t fall into that most presidents catagory good or bad he’s just not most presidents . Like him or hate him , not one other President could survive what he has the last 3 years without his numbers taking a massive hit . They may not rise or hover where other presidents have but they don’t drop either like theirs have or would is they were drug through the mud this long .

Because it's universally accepted within the democratic party. The core party message is political and social continuum. Look at Bernie - an admitted socialist accepted by the democratic party in order to own another pocket of votes. Normally an independent is thought of someone between the democratic and republican parties that can swing either direction. Not Sanders - he is left of the democratic party yet he hijacks the idea of an independent.

It's really injustice and show there is a radical deep state in place that includes the main stream media. It probably has something to do with the Clinton lawsuit and other signs that Gabbard is not a mindless zombie. I don't support Gabbard but she is much easier to listen to than the rest.
