This team reminds of Barnes’ first team. They play to the level of their competition.
You have to hope the kids coming in next year are the real deal, Vescovi, James and Fulky continue to develop and that we are getting next years “role players” valuable experience.

If we had put forth as much effort on the defensive glass as Jalen Johnson did committing that flagrant 1, the outcome of this game would have been much different.

Horrible effort tonight...got totally beat on the offensive glass. Losing to a team you should easily beat at home is terrible.

A bunch of young players on the court. This is what typically happens with young players. Not to worry, expect some of the same next year as well. Anyone thinking this teams issues go away next year doesn't understand this game. We'll improve but we won't be a really good team as many expect. We lost too much and didn't do well enough recruiting the past couple of years.

Anyone else see the ref bump into barnes then look at him like he threw an elbow? Barnes was just standing there with his hands on his hips and the ref walked right through his elbow then turned and said something to barnes about the contact. Barnes gave him an ear full. Wonder if this crew had bad blood toward us?

Yeah you can. Tell me that the last 4 calls against us, the three call where Johnson didn’t touch him, the two missed out of bounds, and the missed foul on Vescovi’s 3 had no effect. Please. There were literally double digit missed calls that went against us and some led to multiple rebounds.

Yeah we had a good performance and a bad performance and lost both games. Only Tennessee finds these moral victories so wonderful, I for one am ****ing tired of them.

I'm a proponent of Barnes and I don't think that Uros is very good right now by any stretch of the imagination, but it's hard to fathom getting out-rebounded so absurdly and thinking that leaving your giant on the bench would be a good idea.

You blame the refs for this sh** performance, then you might as well blame them for every UT loss ever. No excuse losing this game.

Quick question, clearly we got crushed on the rebounds.

Do we bring in any true posts next season, if not we need to. Fulky is ok, but aside from him we have nothing.
