'20 TX RB Zachary Evans

its not like he’s just gonna give it away and say oh yeah I’m committed here. He’s doing what any recruit should, be recruited and enjoy the process. For us to be even considered with a top flight recruit is a big deal. It’s good pub for Tennessee either way. Sheesh you bunch of negative Nancies
To Bad Harrison Bailey didn’t have you as advisor, he missed out on a year of enjoyment!
But seriously, most in this class have signed or even enrolled after 2-3 years of enjoying the process already. Just make a decision already!

Pruitt isn’t gonna just divulge that information to a recruit unless he’s got the hire in the bag. That’s just bad strategy. Smh.
You’re kinda contradicting yourself,
Saying people are dumb posting that we don’t have a RB coach and Pruitt has a plan like it’s already took care of, and the he ain’t gonna say because it’s not took care of.
Good strategy, can’t be wrong both ways

Hard to lose what you never had. He either decides to come here or not. We haven't lost anything.
Agreed we’ve never “had” him but it’ll be pretty sad if he chooses to go crawling back to UGA (over us) after they’ve said thanks but no thanks. I’ll live with him going anyplace else.

You do realize you sound like a douche, right? I’m clearly just stating the obvious facts on both sides. It’s not like you gotta attack me or anything. When you KNOW where you’re going, yes commit. But Zach is clearly searching out where he wants to be. You can’t fault him for that. No matter if he is a head case or not. He’s still human. Sheesh.

True statement. Ultimately, we need talented players who desire to be at Tennessee. With that said, I’d love to have him.

Hopefully you’ll live through every scenario.

It's possible that this guy is not a genius.

Especially whilst breaking in an almost entirely new offensive line as well as a new offensive coordinator. Just not a logical fit to me. However I am a smidge over 18 years old and probably do not relate well. LOL

It’s possible that both of you can eff off in the opposite direction as well. I was only pointing out both sides, now I’m having my intelligence insulted. Logic. Smh.

You referred to the average poster positing on the RB coach situation as "daft" as if you have some kind of inside information. So, yes, I am questioning your intelligence.

Money talks. IF he goes back there, it tells you something suspicious probably happened.
Meh, over the last 12 years, they really have been RB U. Moreno, Gurley, Chubb, Michel and now Swift. With that and how well they are recruiting offensive linemen, it's understandable why he would prefer them. Sure, they spurned him once, but we don't know everything that's happened. He might be able to overlook that. I will be shocked if this kid ends up playing for Tennessee.

At least we're in the mix. I don't think it's going to happen but I'm also not an insider and it looks like they feel a lot better about this. If he got to hang out with the players and he's building a connection with the coaches he could feel pretty good about things. If there's a handler involved, perhaps we made an impression there too. I liked that the fans made a good impression too.

But from reading all the interviews and tidbits going back to the start of this thread... it seems like we had a lot to overcome to end up with him. I'll be very impressed and incredibly happy if it happens though!

I’m only saying what should be existing knowledge. For us to be even in the mix is a big deal. Didn’t realize I’d offend everyone. Whoa.
