Honestly, the only real flaw I see in a lot of these young guys is footwork, experience and strength. And all 3 things can be improved.

Gotta work on his awareness first, imo. Said this before in a thread about him. But this season he's caused a lot of turnovers because he's hardly ever ready for the ball. Someone passes to him and he's looking some place else. His awareness gotta be the worst on the team. No situational awareness.
