We had so many BB gun fights when we were kids. No such thing as protective clothing . I'm shocked I've made it this far in life. Hell, we would build ramps and see who could jump the highest with our bicycles. Good times

Your GIF reminded me of a time when I as a little kid decided it would be cool to shoot my German Shepherd in the butt with a BB. He just glared at me as if to say why in the world would you do something like that to me as he went to his doghouse. I became super careful with guns ever since.

Way back in my childhood, the BB guns were not nearly as powerful as today's models. It was like a lever action winchester in style. You cocked it the way you'd chamber a round in one of those rifles. The more you pumped, the more power it had.

My dad thought it would be funny to give me a little tap with a BB. It stung and left a little bit of a welt on the back of my leg, but I didn't exactly care for it. As a result, I never shot my BB gun at any living thing. Like you it gave me a more "real" respect for any and all firearms and air rifles.
