Without context...there are very valid reasons for the situation this year. Barnes will work with and mold this squad for a couple of years into a great BB team...and you know that. So how about you just knock off the stupid "criticism" and give him time to do his job...He is very good at it.

Making a bowl game is not the same as making the tournament. Its basically a participation trophy that more than half the fbs gets. Less than 20% of d1 basketball teams make the tournament and they are actually playing for a chance to win an actual championship and not a glorified participation trophy. Which actually supports yer point about ed o even though I don't really agree that he should be on the hot seat in this specific hypothetical.

I believe you can do anything in the state of Louisiana... If this were the case though, Bama and Butch should have gotten in trouble when they did this in Neyland last year...

I agree with you. Its just gonna take a little time with this group. Losing Turner from a leadership standpoint is really hard. Barnes will figure it out.

It’s not complaining when you point out what happened. I’ve said plenty of times Barnes was the right hire and I’ll never complain about making the tourney. Saying he choked with our best team since pearl isn’t complaining. I’m saying he built a team that was capable of much more. You guys really don’t like any criticism.

Notice this security was the only one in the locker room and he’s not wearing a credential like other non LSU staffers are wearing. Just Bc you are wearing a badge doesn’t give you the free dome to do as you please and just harass and search anybody you want to.

Smoking in the superdome is prohibited by law, you can read their Smoking Policy here: Superdome A to Z Guide

A security guard for the superdome asking someone to put out their cigar isn't in anyway out of line, it's the very definition of his job.

Not missed it yet. We beat USCe who then beats Kentucky who bears Georgia who blows us out. This team will win some ugly games, will get blown out some games and when a few shooters get hot, maybe pull an upset while another good team is cold. Gonna be a 17-18 win team on the bubble but look at all the upsets this year. Going to be a bunch of teams grouped together because not many just dominant teams. Georgia is really good and has the best player in the country in Edwards. Is the best SEC team we’ve played so far and they were on fire the first half and our guys all looked sick.

Isn’t that the age limit to BUY cigarettes and vape material? Doubt anyone gets shook down by the po po for possession.

Mayfield is ass. That was Cleveland’s whole problem.

I don’t know if monkey is a good coach or not really but i would rather Georgia stay in this boring archaic offense, rather then shifting to a spread, air raid.

Always find it odd when folks say a basketball coached “choked” when said coach did not play in the game and seldom makes an end of game decision that affects the outcome. Seems the players may have choked is more likely but easier to criticize the coaches

If smoking is prohibited then they have the right to enter the locker room as hired security, that's their job. As far as searching, I'm not familiar enough with LA/New Orleans law. Hired security may also have the right to search and the consent occured upon entering the grounds. As a fan, we have bags and pockets checked by security before entering and they can search our person if they think we have alcohol.
