That's a ton of people to lose, and they've had attrition in the last few classes so the "reload" thing isn't going to be as easy.

no it's not. i do think they'll still compete tho. but the folks doing the pre season stuff are star gazers. and all they know is UGA has a bunch of 'em.

if had to pick today, i'd probalby pick UF to win the East.

They are the team I most want to beat next season. And it’s not particularly close

Edit: Lol, forgot about UF.

Let’s just run them both

The LOS loses I think are the key. You're basically starting two new lines...we've seen how hard that is to do in the SEC.

Florida likely wins the east and I think Georgia could be in a "must win" against us come November to finish 2nd.

9/19 - at Bama
10/3 - Vandy
10/10 - Auburn
10/17 - at Missouri
10/31 - Florida
11/7 - at USC
11/14 - Tennessee
11/21 - at Kentucky

They might have 2 or 3 SEC losses before we play them.

Lol, so he went on the college football championship pre-game show for the Clemson / LSU national title game and said he didn't want to talk about Clemson, LSU, Joe Burrows, Trevor Lawrence, or Dabo Swinney. Why was he there?

yeah, that schedule change is huge for us.....i like it a lot.

and i'm not really disagreeing with you. i definitely think it's gonna be difficult for them....especially for the OL. i think defensively, they'll still be pretty darn good. but the offense has to take a step back.

the great unknown is how does a true dual threat QB do there? we all saw how Dobbs masked our OL issues. i would imagine they'll be thinking the same thing with the transfer.

gonna be really strange to play them AFTER they've played FL, Aub and Bama.......

UTMVol76 way too early 2020 SEC East prediction:

1. Florida
2. Tennessee
3. Georgia
4. Kentucky
5. South Carolina
6. Missouri
7. Vanderbilt

Not worried about predicting the West, currently I only care about my own team in its own division. I’ll start worrying about the SECW when we start winning the East.

i think it would just be cool to go to Athens in November with it still being a possibility to be honest. our schedule with the way it's alwasy been front loaded, has always determined our division chances pretty early on.

so i'm looking forward to the possiblity of playing a game in November that could matter to the division....hopefullly/maybe/pretty please.

I like our shots at the East this year honestly.

Florida & Bama here in Neyland. Georgia has to play Bama, Florida & Auburn before we play them.

We shall see...should be an exciting season. Having the same guys returning on both sides of the line while ADDING talent should help whoever the QB is...just need to produce in the running game to make things even easier for whoever the guy is under center.
