Slick didn't say anything wrong. Was all pretty innocent.
This is some funny stuff. We are just trying to be like the storied Georgia program.
The addition of Cade Mays is another example of Tennessee trying to copy Georgia football
Yes, it is so frustrating watching him. Love his toughness and dedication, but I get excited when the defense comes in. My son turned a tripal play at 9. He even fielded a ball behind 2nd base and threw the runner out going to first while on his knees. But as soon as he did something wrong he could not let it go. When all stars came, we made it to state because there were a lot of good players......he could not enjoy it for worrying about if the coaches were going to pull him if he made a mistake. Drove us all crazy. As frustrated as we are with JG, the coaches have to be even more so.It's frustrating that he gets in his own way. They run the routes in practice and apparently his timing is just fine. Throws the ball "where the receiver is going to be". It's just maddening to know that it's right there but we can't take advantage because he doesn't trust it when the spotlight comes on.

This is what I am curious about… How will he be getting to be in the same system for a second year for the first time in his career? In all honesty, as much as he frustrates all of us, we need to hope that he takes a huge leap and can be the starter and perform at the level that they see he does in practice. If so, we could be in for a special year. That is unless Bailey Is another Trevor Lawrence and leads us to the national championship as a true freshman, in which case, we will all allow that!
Yes!!! And rerouting that brain is a constant challenge. My son is very similar. Excellent football player, very advanced physically for his age, and has a great football IQ. He’s just super hard on hisself, and we’ve worked more on mental training than physical with him.
He’ll come off a game with 10 tackles, and a 100 yards rushing after a 3td win and be pissed because he took one bad angle, or wrong cut.

What a twit. Such an over inflated program. Can’t wait to put them back in their proper place.

Guy is connected and some heat has been put on some about posting info on public boards with some rival schools putting pressure to get us in trouble. i.e. TSDS..........
I don't think JG will be here in the fall.

My daughter was like that. It was so much more fun with her even though she never performed as well as him. When one of the players said JG couldn't let things go, I started seeing him differently. He is more relaxed coming off the bench knowing someone else could go in, and the team is not totally depending on him. Not normal for a QB.My daughter was like this with basketball. Could go 4-5 and all she could talk about was the one miss. My son is the opposite. He gives up a homer and it’s, give me the ball. It’s gonna happen so let’s forget about it and move on. He always does his best effort which is all you ask for. But, some coaches coach where players do get blasted for human error and don’t mean effort. That in turns gets them to playing tight
